Shipping

All orders from The Architects' Journal Shop are sent using tracked delivery services. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping costs will be displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed on working days only. Orders placed over weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1–2 working days
• EU: 2–4 working days
• Rest of the world: 4–8 working days

During peak periods, delivery may take a little longer. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number at customerservicesteam@emap.com.

International orders & customs

For international deliveries, local duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to release your order. For further details, we recommend consulting your local customs authority.

Returns

All sales are final, and we are currently unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
